Nomad Home IP: Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Understanding Your Subscription
Certain products in our store, such as the Mothership Link Activation, are offered as recurring subscriptions (either monthly or annually). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee at the then-current rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation Process
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. To cancel, please log in to your customer account portal on our website, or contact us directly at contact@nomadhomeip.com. 

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

Effect of Cancellation
Canceling your subscription stops all future recurring charges. However, cancellation does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, your Mothership Link connection and IP services will remain active until the end of your currently paid term. Once the term expires, your hardware will no longer connect to the dedicated server.

Hardware Returns & Subscriptions
Returning your hardware within the 14-day return window will automatically result in the cancellation of your subscription and a refund of your initial activation fee. If you cancel your subscription after the 14-day hardware return window, you keep the hardware, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the subscription fee.
