🌐 The Connection — Your Home, Anywhere

Secure managed connectivity that keeps you connected to home wherever you go.

Mothership Link™ provides the managed connectivity layer that securely connects your NHIP Travel Router to your paired Home Base through the NHIP-managed Tailscale network.

Once your Travel Router has internet access, it can reconnect to the customer-specific tailnet and use the paired Home Base as its residential exit node, allowing supported traffic to use the home internet connection while you travel.

Features

• Automatic secure Home Base connectivity
• Residential home-IP access while traveling
• Fully managed Tailscale routing and backend connectivity
• No manual VPN configuration required for normal customer use
• Designed for supported NHIP Home Base and Travel Router combinations
• Ongoing platform management and automatic subscription renewal

For current NHIP hardware packages that include FailSafe, an assigned regional VPS is provisioned as the backup path. The certified Travel Router controller can automatically switch from the Home Base to the assigned VPS when required and return to the Home Base after recovery.
