Order Processing Times
Because our hardware is custom-configured and tested prior to dispatch, please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing before your item ships. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or severe weather, which are outside of our control. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact location and the size of your package. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nomad Home IP is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
Damages & Lost Packages
Nomad Home IP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
